Considering the larger storm and the faster track – the 10 AM and Noon (as well as the 6 PM) Masses are cancelled.
The obligation to attend Mass is dispensed, the Obligation to keep the day holy remains. We’ll live stream the 8AM, the Cathedral is going to live stream the 11 AM Mass, and of course, many churches will be live streaming Masses.
